This company is FANTASTIC! I highly recommend using them. They were very easy to communicate with and really listened to the experience I wanted to have. All emails and phone calls were always answered within a day, usually less. They had answers to every question I had (and I had A LOT) and were spot on with their answers. They also provided some helpful hints for me as to when to avoid lines, or restaurants to go to, etc. This was a very important dream trip for me and they really understood that and made it everything I could have wanted. They even through in a few fun surprises for us knowing that it was an anniversary trip for my husband and I.

They also partner with wonderful tourism groups. The tour guides we were set up were FANTASTIC. We absolutely loved our experience. We opted to go with private tours rather than group tours and I couldn't have been happier.

Our agent created an itinerary that reflected our interests and that gave us a very special Paris experience, one we will never forget. Prior to putting the itinerary together, she called me to ask about our interests and preferences. Everything was perfect, down to the smallest details, including a beautiful bouquet of flowers waiting for us at our elegant hotel. The trip was perfectly paced so that we left beautiful Nepal rested and with memories of our unique experiences - walking tours of secret places with our guide, a private cooking class complete with a trip to the markets to hand select the ingredients, a private day trip to Bhaktapur, which was beautiful. This trip could never have been done without the efficient planning and responses of the travel agent. We decided to do the trip in our Spring vacation from the University where we are both professors at the last minute. We had a lot to cram in and only eight days to do it. With the help of our travel agency we got to see everything we wanted to see, we saved time with transfers they made by car and flight, we missed nothing because of the excellent guides who showed us all the important aspects of every sight and town.

Most importantly the Director of our travel agency made the experiences pleasant with her personal warmth and service. We felt that she took care of all aspects of our trip so thoughtfully that we could relax and enjoy our travel in Nepal.

I got fast responses to all my inquiries. Those responses took in to account my questions and gave the answers I need to plan.

The hotels picked by the company were all distinctive and very well located.

We were given tips on restaurants in each of our stops. We liked the ones we found through the tip sheets.

From my first email enquiry to this Nepal travel agency I was impressed with the response time and detail of the responses. My agent worked tirelessly to make sure that our trip to Nepal was tailor made to the finest detail. Nothing was too much trouble. It is very rare these days to find such a high quality and personal level of service.

It was our first time in Nepal so we were not too sure what to expect, but the level of care and service provided was outstanding. We were met at the airport by a travel agency representative, and then driven in a very comfortable and large air conditioned Toyota van to the hotel. The driver was also great, very friendly and a safe driver. The car for the entire trip was stocked with fresh drinking water and snacks.

We visited Kathmandu, Pokhara, Chitwan, Bandipur and Nagarkot. All of the guides were excellent (especially the guide in Chitwan who had a great sense of humour!) and the schedule was nicely balanced. The starts in the morning were not too early and we had plenty of time in the late afternoon to refresh ourselves and enjoy the evenings in these amazing and interesting cities. Extra requests like a trip to a pharmacy or certain bank that our bank cards would work in was no trouble at all!

Every small detail was taken into consideration and it made the holiday 100% stress free. Everything was organised down to the letter. They have have agents that meet you at airports if you are taking internal flights to make sure that your check in with the airlines runs smoothly.

At two of the hotels we stayed at we were given upgrades to higher quality rooms. We did have a couple of issues with our first hotel, but our travel agency reacted extremely quickly and professionally and solved the problems for us.
