The route through Zhangmu is
an easy alternative way to Mt. Kailash and Lake Manasarovar. This route
is easy than that of Simikot route. You will reach
Dira Phuk( 4800m) by Land Cruiser (Jeep), from there
you will start trekking to cross Dolma La pass (5630m). You will round
the Kailash and visit Lake Manasarovar and various monastery round the
lake. You will trek only 3 days throughout the travel. This is very
short tour and trek of Kailash and Manasarovar.

Day 01. Arrive in Kathmandu and transfer to hotel
Day 02. Kathmandu to Tibet border at Kodari
Day 03. Enter Zhangmu Border and 1 hr drive to Nyalam
Day 04. Drive to above Nyalam Valley for acclimatization and drive back
to Nyalam
Day 05. Drive to Nayalam to Pigutse
Day 06. Drive to Pigutse to Paryang
Day 07. Drive to Paryang to Darchen
Day 08. Trek to Dira Phuk
Day 09. Trek over Dolma La Pass [5630m] camp near to
Zutulphuk. [4900m.]
Day 10. Zutulphuk to Darchen
Day 11. Drive to Darchen. Visit south and west part of Lake
Manasarovar & monastery around it.
Day 12. Drive to Paryang (4050m)
Day 13. Drive to Pigutse
Day 14. Drive to Nayalm
Day 15. Drive to Kodari Nepal border & Drive to Kathmandu
