This trek is ideal for people
with less time who do not wish to travel too far from the Kathmandu
Valley. Helambu is a lush region about 72 kilometers
North of Kathmandu. The Helambu region, extending from north of Talamarang
to the tree limit of the Gosainkunda Lake and lower slopes of Jugal
Himal, has several highland Tamang and Sherpa villages and beautiful
forests scattered on both sides of the Malemchi Khola.
Day 1: Arrive in Kathmandu and Transfer to
Hotel
Day 2: Drive to Sundarijal and trek to Chisopani
Day 3: Chisopani to Kutumsang
Day 4: Tharepati to Tarke Ghyang
Day 5: Tarke Ghyang to Kiulntar
Day 6: Kiulntar to Talmarang
Day 7: Talmarang to Melamchi bazzar and drive to Kathmandu
This trekking can be operated
with other activities like short and long tours, wildlife safari, rafting,
